Your host, Guillaume – AKA G – is a certified sommelier raised in France in a family where food, wine and brandy played a central role in daily life. He studied viticulture and oenology before moving to the United States, where he established a career in the wine industry. G is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for wine and culinary arts whenever the opportunity arises.
